Good news: You don't need a fancy high-end model for this -- pretty much any inexpensive LED projector should do the trick. Just copy the video to a memory card or flash drive, pop it in and set the projector to repeat. The only wrinkle: I don't know for certain that this model has the all-important autorepeat option.
That's a common feature in most of the cheapie projectors I've tried, but there's always the possibility this one won't have it.
