When the notifications are working it is amazing in allowing tracking and providing confidence that their work went through. However they randomly turn themselves off. If I was a business that relied on this to provide my customers an automated response I would be fuming.

I want to love this product but there is no one on the other end to answer my questions. I would like to purchase the premium but I was wondering if this was emails per day? I would like to send at least e-mails but it does not have to be per day.
